Italian-themed Thanksgiving menu

One of our favorite themes, because it means we get to eat guilt-free, endless delicious pasta instead of turkey and stuffing. The menu consists of an antipasto bar for appetizers; Steve’s lasagna and Montana & Elijah’s homemade seafood ravioli (yum!) for the main events; rosemary foccacia; homemade tiramasu for dessert. Background football and mahjongg were the mandatory fun activities! With two kitchens, the shared workload, and a relaxed and loose schedule (vs timing a bunch of sides with the turkey), it was one of our favorite Thanksgivings!

Tomorrow we head down the road to choose our Christmas trees!

Montana really has the fresh pasta thing down! She made it look so easy, we are all wondering why any of us ever buy dried pasta at the store?

Elijah got to open an early birthday present from his wife because he was jealous of the super soft hooded wraps that Montana and I have been flaunting - winter is coming!
