Hibiscus: Finally an indoor plant I haven’t killed

It was touch-and-go for awhile with the health of our indoor hibiscus tree. Only 2 months ago it had lost significant foilage with too many yellow leaves (typically means needs water, but it was super-watered.) I thought it was on its way out.

But it hung in there and continues to bloom fabulously. So green and healthy, and we noticed it has also grown more than a foot in height!

I purchased this plant at the annual Master Gardener’s Plant Sale from a gal that I have known for a number of years. She had four of them and was downsizing - at first I regretted not buying all four, but now seeing how big it is getting, I think one is enough. Montana is going to re-pot it to let those roots spread out a bit. She had a lot of success bringing our large bamboo plant back from near-death through re-potting, so I am sure she will help this one out as well.
