The big thaw

I am well aware that my being over-prepared for MAJOR snow back in October has caused one of the most snow-FREE seasons in recent years! And while I do love the snow and will keep hoping for more, I also am not complaining about milder temperatures after our recent sub-zero cold snap.

Last week’s big snow did not last very long. It is now pretty soggy around here, with everything melting, some drizzle, so much fog. And apparently we are in for more of the same all week. When will we be able to do our annual moonlight snowshoe walk in the back field?!

But those sunrises never disappoint!
